Workpackages

AI4Health is a coherent 8-WP programme covering the full AI pipeline—from FAIR data management to AI-development and validation, to AI-deployment, scale-up and reimbursement. WP1 builds the secure, standardised, FAIR data and legal foundation; WP2 designs and develops domain-tailored AI tools. WP3 delivers real-world validation, impact evaluation, post-deployment monitoring and iterative model updates; WP4 embeds AI into workflows and scales across care settings. WP5 provides practical guidance for regulation, reimbursement, trustworthiness and responsible use. WP6 aligns the ecosystem and stakeholders nationally and internationally to ensure sustainability beyond the project, while WP7 coordinates operations and WP8 drives dissemination and exploitation. Each WP combines generic, reusable infrastructure/methods with use-case–specific activities that act as real-world testbeds; relevant to their innovation pipeline throughout the project.
