WORKPACKAGES
WP1 : Data and Data Infrastructures
Objectives: The main objective of WP1 is to design, deploy, and continuously improve a secure and
trusted data infrastructure for AI4Health that builds on, connects and expands existing data-
infrastructures and enables harmonised, multimodal data use, supports AI development, validation and
evaluation.
WP2 : AI Design & Development
Objectives: The main objective of WP2 is to deliver responsible and clinically relevant AI with methods, tools
and documentation that make AI usable, explainable and generalisable using the latest AI technologies. This
will be achieved through the following sub-objectives:
WP3: AI Validation, Impact Evaluation and RWD updating
Objectives: The main objective of WP3 is to ensure clinical AI tools are trustworthy, effective and aligned
with user needs before deployment, and remain so after deployment in healthcare.
